Chief Executive Officer, Founder
Before starting Stemscale, Mikheil Kukava built a distinguished career spanning over 15 years, driving economic reforms across Eastern Europe and Central Asia. He has worked with both businesses and major international organizations, including the EU, UNDP, and USAID, providing technical assistance and training in financial modeling and digital transformation. Mikheil also served for six years as a Senior Consultant at Policy and Management Consulting Group (PMCG), a reputable international management consultancy focused on development. During this time, he played a pivotal role in advising governments and public institutions on economic policy and financial management. Mikheil’s extensive experience includes helping businesses optimize their operations, streamline processes, and achieve tangible improvements in operational efficiency and business outcomes through growth-oriented strategic financial management.
As the CEO of Stemscale LLC, Mikheil ensures that every initiative is aligned with maximizing client value to deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive innovation and efficiency. Mikheil is committed to promoting a culture of relentless improvement, building unwavering trust with both clients and partners, and steering the company towards client-centric achievements and transformative growth.
Mikheil holds an MSc from the London School of Economics.
Tite Jincharadze, Ph.D.
Chief Financial and Operating Officer, Founder
Tite Jincharadze, Ph.D. in Physics and Mathematics, brought his extensive expertise in financial accounting and analysis to prominent roles, including Director at Management Advisory Group and a full-time professor of finance and accounting at Free University ESM Business School. He has consulted major organizations such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and led financial restructuring projects for various enterprises. Tite holds several high-profile certifications in financial accounting and management. His expertise covers financial accounting (IFRS and GAAP), managerial accounting, financial analysis, budget preparation, business valuation, and taxation.
At Stemscale, Tite Jincharadze ensures the highest standards in our financial and capital analytics services, providing keen insights that drive strategic decisions and business growth. He also oversees our commercialization services, ensuring that Stemscale’s innovative solutions are effectively brought to market, delivering tangible value and fostering client trust.
Givi Dochviri
Chief Technology Officer, Founder
With almost 20 years at the forefront of banking IT, Givi Dochviri has been a catalyst for technological innovation and transformation. At TBC Bank, one of the largest and most innovative financial institutions in Georgia, he didn’t just manage IT operations—he redefined them. Givi spearheaded the adoption of DevOps methodologies and led a pioneering shift to cloud-based solutions, elevating the bank’s performance, agility, and security to unprecedented levels.
His passion for modern workplace technologies has revolutionized team collaboration and productivity. Givi’s deep expertise in IT service management, infrastructure architecture, and risk management has been instrumental in optimizing operations and igniting innovation in cloud integration and digital transformation.
Before co-founding Stemscale, Givi further developed his leadership and technical acumen in key roles at Bank Republic-Société Générale. This rich background laid a robust foundation in IT leadership and strategic innovation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Computer Science from State University and an MBA in IT Management from ESM Tbilisi.

Vano Prangulaishvili, Ph.D
Non-Executive Director
Vano Prangulaishvili, Ph.D in Economics, brings a wealth of Swiss financial expertise and strategic acumen to his role as non-executive director at Stemscale. Throughout his career, Vano Prangulaishvili has adeptly managed financial operations for enterprises with turnovers ranging from 100 million to 1.5 billion Swiss francs, showcasing his proficiency in navigating complex economic environments.
Before joining Stemscale, he served as the CFO at University Hospital Zurich. Earlier, as CFO at Balgrist University Hospital, he oversaw comprehensive financial reporting and the enhancement of financial protocols.
Beyond the financial specifics, Vano Prangulaishvili’s role on various supervisory boards helps him navigate and influence the broader strategic contours of large enterprises. At Stemscale, he leverages this experience to enhance our strategic planning. His involvement ensures that our initiatives are executed with a balance of rigor and foresight, aligning closely with our commitment to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Giorgi Kurtskhalia
Core Developer & Troubleshooter-in-Chief, PricePulse
Giorgi Kurtskhalia is one of the core minds behind PricePulse, Stemscale’s pricing-intelligence spin-off. When something breaks at scale or behaves in ways no one can quite explain, Giorgi is usually the one who quietly takes it apart, understands it, and puts it back together so it just works.
Trained in Computer and Electrical Engineering and deeply fluent in advanced mathematics, he treats bugs and bottlenecks like hard problems to be solved, not guesses to be patched. Before joining PricePulse, Giorgi worked in biomedical engineering and STEM education, where he learned to debug complex systems in environments where failure is not an option.
At Stemscale, Giorgi focuses on the engine room of PricePulse — the data flows, services, and hidden machinery that must stay solid while thousands of prices move at once.
