Enterprise Data Management, Senior Lead

What You Will Do:

• Lead with Insight: Oversee our team in the strategic use of analytics within ERP systems to augment operational efficiency across all business functions.
• Advanced Process and Task Mining: Lead our initiatives in process and task mining, employing sophisticated analysis tools to optimize workflows for strategic insights and improved efficiency. Co-manage our Financial & Capital Analytics Service offerings with its Senior Lead to ensure data integrity and impactful financial analysis.
• Retrievability Mastery: Implement and oversee advanced data management and retrieval systems, ensuring data is standardized, easily accessible, and optimally utilized.
• Strategic Implementation: Manage the deployment of premier business intelligence tools like Power BI, integrating them to enhance functionality and reduce the need for custom development.
• Streamlining Operations: Spearhead efforts to identify inefficiencies and redesign processes to maximize productivity and reduce costs.

What You’ll Bring:

Software Application Skills:

• Business Intelligence Tools: Expertise in Power BI, familiarity with other BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Process and Task Mining Tools: Experience with Celonis, Signavio, or UiPath for process analysis and optimization.
• Data Management Systems: Proficient in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Data Retrieval Technologies: Knowledge of SQL Server, MySQL, or cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for data management.

Academic Credentials:

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• An understanding of ERP functionalities and how data-driven decisions can influence business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and a basic grasp of data analysis tools and methodologies.

• Implementing BI Solutions: Experience deploying BI solutions across various business units with a clear understanding of technical and business impacts.
• Optimizing Business Processes: Demonstrated success in process reengineering and automation, showing improvements in efficiency and cost reductions.
