What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Lead, you will drive creation of products, services and brands from scratch, overseeing every phase of bringing ideas to life and to market.

  • Strategic Oversight: Lead the development and operationalization of business ideas, ensuring they are grounded in reality and poised for success.
  • Comprehensive Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and feasibility studies to evaluate market demands, competitor analysis, and growth opportunities.
  • Innovative Business Modeling: Craft and refine sustainable business models, advise on pricing strategies, revenue streams, and cost structures, and assist in developing compelling investor pitch decks.
  • Financial Expertise: Oversee financial modeling and analysis, structuring funding and financing solutions to support business ventures from inception through to market launch.
  • Product Development Leadership: Guide the development of prototypes and minimum viable products (MVPs), engaging with manufacturing partners and suppliers.
  • Dynamic Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies that effectively introduce and position products in the market.

What You’ll Bring:

Required Software/Applications Skills:

  • Business Intelligence and Analytics Tools: Proficient in advanced BI tools to analyze market data and track product performance.
  • Project Management Software: Experienced with tools like Microsoft Project or Asana to manage complex commercialization projects.
  • Financial Modeling Software: Skilled in applications like Excel or specialized financial software to develop robust financial models.

Academic Credentials:

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. This degree should include courses focused on product development, market analysis, and business strategy.
  • A master’s degree or MBA preferred, especially with a specialization in Innovation Management, Product Management, or Entrepreneurial Studies.

Professional Certifications:

  • Certifications such as Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) could enhance your profile, especially in understanding product lifecycle management and marketing strategies.

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Proven Commercialization Track Record: Extensive experience in taking products from concept to market, with a portfolio of successfully launched products.
  • Market Research: Deep understanding of market analysis techniques and tools, with the ability to translate insights into actionable commercial strategies.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong background in financial analysis, capable of overseeing investment viability and funding strategies.
