As a Junior Lead in our Commercialization team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming innovative concepts into viable market offerings.

What You’ll Do:

  • Innovative Strategy Development: Assist in refining and operationalizing business ideas, ensuring they are market-ready.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Help conduct market research to identify consumer needs and competitive landscapes, utilizing insights to shape effective commercialization strategies.
  • Business Modeling and Financial Analysis: Support the development of sustainable business models and engage in preliminary financial assessments to forecast project viability.
  • Prototype and MVP Development: Collaborate on the creation of prototypes and minimum viable products, contributing to product design and development phases.
  • Marketing and Sales Strategy Formulation: Participate in crafting marketing strategies and sales plans to maximize market penetration and growth.

What You’ll Bring:

Advantageous Software/Application Skills:

  • Basic Business Intelligence Tools: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or basic Excel functions would be beneficial.
  • Introductory Project Management Tools: Exposure to project management software such as Trello or Monday.com.
  • Financial Planning Software: Understanding of financial tools or spreadsheets that aid in budgeting and financial forecasting.

Academic Credentials:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree: preferably in Business, Marketing, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. The degree should incorporate foundational courses in business strategies, market research, and basic financial principles.
