Before starting Stemscale, Mikheil Kukava built a distinguished career spanning over 15 years, driving economic reforms across Eastern Europe and Central Asia. He has worked with both businesses and major international organizations, including the EU, UNDP, and USAID, providing technical assistance and training in financial modeling and digital transformation. Mikheil also served for six years as a Senior Consultant at Policy and Management Consulting Group (PMCG), a reputable international management consultancy focused on development. During this time, he played a pivotal role in advising governments and public institutions on economic policy and financial management. Mikheil’s extensive experience includes helping businesses optimize their operations, streamline processes, and achieve tangible improvements in operational efficiency and business outcomes through growth-oriented strategic financial management.
As the CEO of Stemscale LLC, Mikheil ensures that every initiative is aligned with maximizing client value to deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive innovation and efficiency. Mikheil is committed to promoting a culture of relentless improvement, building unwavering trust with both clients and partners, and steering the company towards client-centric achievements and transformative growth.

Tite Jincharadze, Ph.D. in Physics and Mathematics, brought his extensive expertise in financial accounting and analysis to prominent roles, including Director at Management Advisory Group and a full-time professor of finance and accounting at Free University ESM Business School. He has consulted major organizations such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and led financial restructuring projects for various enterprises. Tite holds several high-profile certifications in financial accounting and management. His expertise covers financial accounting (IFRS and GAAP), managerial accounting, financial analysis, budget preparation, business valuation, and taxation.

At TBC Bank, one of the largest and most innovative financial institutions in Georgia, he didn’t just manage IT operations—he redefined them. Givi spearheaded the adoption of DevOps methodologies and led a pioneering shift to cloud-based solutions, elevating the bank’s performance, agility, and security to unprecedented levels.
His passion for modern workplace technologies has revolutionized team collaboration and productivity. Givi’s deep expertise in IT service management, infrastructure architecture, and risk management has been instrumental in optimizing operations and igniting innovation in cloud integration and digital transformation.
Before co-founding Stemscale, Givi further developed his leadership and technical acumen in key roles at Bank Republic – Société Générale. Before joining Stemscale, he served as the CFO at University Hospital Zurich. Earlier, as CFO at Balgrist University Hospital, he oversaw comprehensive financial reporting and the enhancement of financial protocols.
